In a world where desires and aspirations are cataloged and fulfilled by infallible, omnipresent algorithms, Records explores the tension between human limitations and the aspiration toward infinity. Reflecting on the concept of a “record”—understood both as the highest achievement ever attained and as an act of archiving and a testament to existence—the performance investigates the mechanisms that drive us to push beyond our own and others’ limits, in order to leave a mark on history.

Vittorio Pagani is a performer and choreographer originally from Milan. In 2018, he joined the Ballet Junior de Genève, where he danced works by some of the most influential international choreographers. In 2023, he earned a Master’s degree in Expanded Dance Practice from The Place London (UAL). At The Place, he created A Solo in the Spotlights, which was selected for Resolution 2023, Vetrina della Giovane Danza d’Autore 2023, and Aerowaves 2024. The work has been presented at numerous festivals in Italy and across Europe. In 2025, she debuted with SUPERSTELLA, her second solo piece, which was selected for Vetrina della Giovane Danza d’Autore 2025 and NID Platform 2025 and was presented, among others, at the Festival Roma Europa.
